This Marketing 360® painting marketing client learned the value of reputation management. A strong reputation means more leads.
Reputation. Either you’ve got it, or you don’t.
Businesses today are learning that not having a strong reputation based on positive online reviews is simply not feasible. New leads check reviews – and they expect an established business to have a positive profile.
If you don’t, you don’t win the business.
A residential/commercial painting company came to us feeling the pain of not having enough online reviews. They had enough happy clients, but the business had not made enough of an effort to gain reviews.
Our reputation management team set out to change that.
We employed a tactic that’s proven to be the most effective at gaining reviews, which is email follow-ups. Here is the template we use:
When the person clicks on “good” it leads to a review platform. If they click “not good” it opens a feedback form so they can comment on the issue.
This process, of course, favors getting positive reviews on the platform the business needs them on.
They went from almost no reviews to having 36 in just the first few weeks of the campaign, gaining 96.4 rating score on Top Rated Local.
This resulted in an increase in conversions for this business.
The reputation management campaign began in March of 2018, and we see in April the conversions began to increase.
Reputation. Now they’ve got it – and they’re reaping the rewards.
