Here’s how resource page link building works:
First, find websites that have lists of resources in your industry. You can use a Google search operator, like “keyword + inurl:resources” to help with this.
Next, reach out to the website owner and let them know about a resource that they’re missing. Then, suggest your own content as a replacement.

Black-hat link building
